We were very pleased with our recent stay at No. 45 in Ballater. The room was quite comfortable, the lounge areas were nice to relax in and read by the fire, the breakfast service was excellent, and the location was perfect - easy walking distance into town for dinner and shopping and great positioning for visiting this part of Cairngorms National Park.- Elizabeth B
We enjoyed our stay at No 45. We received a warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a huge bed and a lovely view out over the garden. It was peaceful and quiet just what we wanted. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely conservatory. We would definitely come again. - christina f
We felt very welcome at No 45. The dedication and style of the owners shows through in so many ways: beautiful furnishings, cleanliness, bathroom products and bed linen. We stayed in a downstairs room with an amazing bathroom and there was plenty of room for my husband, myself and our 17 year old daughter. The breakfast was truly fantastic and we were spoilt for choice. The lady, who served us at breakfast time, was super knowledgable and painted a picture of all of the annual events in Ballater. My daughter, who is nervous of dogs, loved Teddy and was very confident around him.- Wendy E
