Self Catering

The cabin is located in the garden of No. 45 Guest House and offers small but perfectly formed self-catering accommodation in the heart of Royal Deeside and is available for stays of a minimum of 3 nights.

The cabin consists of one bedroom with a kingsize bed, a shower room and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area.

Guests have use of free parking in our large car park and are welcome to use the gardenat No. 45.

While the cabin is located close to the side of the mainhouse, we will not intrude on your stay. However, we will be close by shouldyou need any advice or recommendations during your visit to Ballater.
